We're looking for experienced church leaders and Bible teachers to help review theological accuracy, cultural clarity, and translation quality as we make Bible study materials available in every language through AI-assisted translation, supported by faithful human review.

We're especially interested in:

• Lay teachers and small group leaders

No set minimum, but experience helps. We ask about your background because it helps us match you to the right material, whether you're just getting started or have been teaching for decades. We welcome volunteers across the full range of experience, from under two years to more than twenty.

No. We welcome volunteers from any background, including those affiliated with Bible Study Fellowship (BSF), Community Bible Study (CBS), Precept, Navigators, Alpha, a local church, or no formal organization at all.

Any is welcome: Romans, other New Testament or Old Testament books, topical studies, women's or men's studies, youth, children's ministry, discipleship, or leadership development. There's no single "right" background; we're looking for a range of teaching experience across the whole of Scripture.

We're seeking fluent speakers across a wide range of languages, including English, Spanish, Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Punjabi, Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, French, German, Portuguese, Russian, Swahili, and Vietnamese, as well as many others not listed. If you speak a language fluently and could review Bible study translations in it, we want to know.

Depending on your interests and gifting, you might help with any of the following:

• Reviewing AI-generated translations
• Reviewing theological accuracy
• Reviewing cultural appropriateness
• Reviewing terminology consistency
• Reviewing Scripture references
• Back-translation validation
• Pilot testing
• Serving on a prayer team
• Volunteer recruitment

No. Prior translation experience is a plus and we'd love to hear about it if you have it, but it isn't required. What matters most is your grasp of Scripture, your teaching experience, and your fluency in the language(s) you'd be reviewing.

We welcome volunteers from across the theological spectrum, including Evangelical Protestant, Reformed, Baptist, Pentecostal/Charismatic, Anglican, Lutheran, Presbyterian, Methodist, non-denominational, Catholic, and Orthodox backgrounds, among others. What we're really asking is whether you're comfortable reviewing theological terminology for doctrinal accuracy and faithfulness to Scripture. A "yes" or "somewhat" is fine, and we'll support you either way.

As little or as much as you're able to give. Volunteer roles typically range from 1-2 hours a month up to 10+ hours a month, depending on the type of review work involved. We'll ask about your availability so we can match the workload to your schedule.

Yes. We offer a short orientation session for new volunteers to walk through the review process and answer questions. It's optional, but we recommend it, especially if you're new to translation review work.
