Also flag: a Lingayat-background reader may mentally substitute ಪರಶಿವ (Parashiva, the formless ultimate Shiva of Veerashaiva philosophy) when hearing monotheistic claims about ದೇವರು — the shared rejection of idol-multiplicity is real, but Parashiva’s relationship to the devotee still ends in Aikya-merger, not the retained personal relationship this curriculum teaches.
