Privacy and terms of use for your account
What the site's Terms of use and Privacy policy mean once you have a Translation Studio account, and where the privacy policy hasn't caught up to accounts yet.
Last updated August 17, 2026
What is this?
Creating an account and working in Translation Studio is covered by the same two site-wide policies as everything else on tri-bible.ai: the Terms of use and the Privacy policy. Both apply from sign-up, not only if something goes wrong.
What the Terms of use say about an account
A few sections apply directly to working in Studio:
- Eligibility (section 2): the Site is for general audiences; if you’re under 13, an account needs a parent or guardian’s involvement.
- Acceptable use (section 3): don’t attempt unauthorized access, scrape content beyond normal personal use, interfere with the Site, or present AI-generated output as an official or authoritative Bible translation, or as professional theological, legal, or medical advice.
- AI-generated content disclaimer (section 4): Studio’s translation and back-translation features are AI-assisted. That output may be incomplete, out of context, or inaccurate, and doesn’t represent an official theological position. Treat it as a draft to review, not a substitute for a qualified pastor, theologian, or the source text itself.
- Modifications and termination (sections 10–11): features can change or be discontinued without notice, and access can be suspended for violating the Terms.
What the Privacy policy currently says
The Privacy policy explains that tri-bible.ai collects your name, email, and ministry information to contact you, doesn’t sell or share it, and that you can request deletion by emailing translation-success@tri-bible.ai. Read literally, its specifics (ConvertKit, “the waitlist,” “a pilot inquiry”) describe how the site worked before accounts, workspaces, and projects existed, so it doesn’t yet walk through Studio-specific data like your profile fields or the documents inside a project. Until it’s rewritten for that, treat it as the general commitment that applies to a Studio account too: your information is used to reach you and run the Service, not sold or shared with third parties, and deletable on request.
Questions or a deletion request
Email translation-success@tri-bible.ai — the same contact listed in both documents — for a specific question about what’s stored for your account, or to ask for it to be removed.
