ঈশ্বর is the settled Bengali Christian standard. ভগবান is heavily used in Bengali Hindu devotional address (“হে ভগবান”) and popular bhakti culture; আল্লাহ is the Islamic-idiom option. ঈশ্বর itself has roots in Hindu Vedantic philosophy (Ishvara), but long Bengali Bible translation history has stabilized it as the neutral, expected Christian term.
