Personal trust placed in a specific object (Christ/God); must always be tied to its object in context. ভক্তি (bhakti) is devotional surrender within the Ekasarana Dharma naam tradition and carries an entire devotional-practice framework (naam-kirtan, guru-lineage) that is not equivalent to biblical trust-faith; ভক্তি may appear in cultural-bridge commentary but never as the glossary rendering of ‘faith’ itself.
