Obedience Of Faith

CRITICAL: ‘Islam’ itself means submission/obedience - it is the defining category of the entire religion, not a downstream fruit of belief. Romans 1:5’s obedience that flows FROM faith risks being absorbed into the Islamic framework where submission-obedience IS the substance of right standing. This phrase must always be taught as fruit, never as the ground, of right standing before God.
