CRITICAL: bare ‘Şerîet’ risks conflation with Islamic law generally, hence the explicit ‘of Moses’ qualifier. Namûs, the Greek-loanword strategy used successfully in Arabic and Persian for this same term, does NOT transfer safely to Kurdish: in Kurdish (and regional) usage, namûs has narrowed to mean specifically family/female honor, most infamously in the context of so-called honor killings - an entirely unrelated and much more emotionally loaded connotation that would badly confuse this doctrine.
