NEVER use 天命所归 (‘the one to whom the Mandate of Heaven has returned’) — classical Chinese political-legitimacy language for a ruler chosen by an impersonal cosmic mandate. God’s call in Romans 1:1, 1:7, and 8:28-30 is a personal, relational summons, not an impersonal cosmic endorsement of status or destiny.
