Core Glossary — 2 Corinthians (English/Greek → Tamil)

This glossary lists every load-bearing theological term identified in 07_semantic_analysis.md, organized by chapter of first occurrence. Terms marked [TM-REUSE] already exist in the baseline Language Package (translation_memory.json / bible_term_registry.json) and MUST be used exactly as recorded — no deviation permitted. Terms marked [NEW] are proposed additions for theologian/native-speaker review before promotion to translation_memory.json.

Risk tiers follow the baseline definitions: Critical (theologian review, every occurrence) / High (theologian review) / Medium (native speaker review) / Low (automated review).
