Messiah
مسیح (‘Messiah/Christ’) is shared vocabulary: the Qur’an itself calls Isa ‘al-Masih’ (e.g. Qur’an 3:45), but without the Old Testament messianic-fulfillment content Paul assumes, and explicitly without divine sonship or atoning death. The shared name is retained (it is the established Urdu Christian Bible term and matches the Qur’an’s own usage), but this curriculum must be explicit that the content behind the title — the Anointed One who is God’s eternal Son, who died and rose again — goes well beyond what the Quranic use of the same title affirms.
