CRITICAL, structurally similar to Greek’s Κύριος: ‘pán/pane’ is the ordinary Czech word for ‘Mister/Sir’ in everyday polite address. Capitalization (Pán vs. pán) is the only orthographic signal distinguishing Romans 10:9’s exclusive divine lordship from an everyday honorific, and capitalization alone is a fragile signal for conveying doctrinal weight; the confession must be actively taught, not assumed to register from word choice alone.
