Messiah

Месія is transliterated and used alongside Христос (Christ), which functions as Jesus’ effective surname in everyday Ukrainian as in related languages. In Romans 1:3 and 9:5, explicitly re-surface the title’s Jewish messianic-fulfillment meaning rather than assume readers still hear it in ordinary usage.
