This glossary consolidates every load-bearing term identified in 07_semantic_analysis.md, organized by chapter of first occurrence. [TM-REUSE] marks terms already fixed in the baseline Romans Language Package (translation_memory.json / bible_term_registry.json) that MUST be used exactly as recorded. [NEW] marks terms first introduced by this curriculum, with a proposed Turkish rendering and risk tier consistent with baseline conventions.
