This glossary consolidates every load-bearing theological term identified in 07_semantic_analysis.md across all thirteen chapters of Hebrews, including the core passage (Hebrews 9:11–28). Terms already fixed in the Romans baseline translation_memory.json are marked [baseline] and reused exactly; their Assamese rendering must not be altered. Terms newly identified for Hebrews are marked [new] and are candidates for addition to the shared translation memory in Phase 2.
