Core Glossary — Hebrews 1–13 (English → Somali)
This glossary consolidates every load-bearing theological term identified in 07_semantic_analysis.md, across the entire book of Hebrews. Terms already fixed in the baseline Romans translation_memory.json are marked [Baseline Reuse] and must be rendered exactly as recorded there — no alternative spellings or synonyms are permitted. Terms newly required for Hebrews are marked [New — Hebrews] and are proposed here for adoption into an updated translation memory in a subsequent pipeline step. Risk tiers follow the baseline’s four-tier framework (Critical / High / Medium / Low).
