Terms already present in the baseline Romans translation_memory.json are marked REUSE and must be enforced exactly as recorded there; this glossary does not alter their baseline entries. Terms marked NEW are proposed additions for this curriculum, pending the same theologian/native-speaker review routing the baseline’s doctrine_risk_registry.json establishes for their assigned risk tier.
