This glossary consolidates every load-bearing term identified in 07_semantic_analysis.md, spanning Ephesians 1–6 in full. Terms already present in the baseline Romans translation_memory.json are marked REUSED and MUST be rendered exactly as recorded there; this glossary does not alter their entries. Terms new to the Ephesians curriculum are marked NEW and are proposed here for adoption into the project’s translation memory during Phase 2.
Risk tiers follow the baseline definitions exactly:
- Critical — mistranslation destroys essential doctrine; mandatory human theologian review every occurrence.
- High — mistranslation creates significant theological confusion/syncretism risk; mandatory human theologian review.
- Medium — mistranslation reduces clarity but preserves essential meaning; native speaker review recommended.
- Low — minor imprecision risk; automated review sufficient.
