This glossary consolidates every load-bearing theological term identified in 07_semantic_analysis.md, spanning 1 Thessalonians chapters 1-5. Terms already recorded in the Romans-curriculum translation_memory.json / bible_term_registry.json are marked Reused and MUST be rendered exactly as recorded there — no alternative renderings are permitted. Note on Gentiles/ethnē (4:5): in this occurrence, ἔθνη is used pejoratively (“the nations/Gentiles who do not know God”) rather than in the neutral missiological sense of Romans. The Malayalam rendering ജനതകള് is still required (never ജാതികള്, per baseline), but translator notes should clarify the negative contextual framing so readers do not read unintended ethnic judgment into the term.

Acts 8:39; 2 Corinthians 12:2,4) — never softened into a calm, voluntary, gradual ascent. No competing Hindu-tradition term is at risk of substitution here; the risk is theological dilution through a bland verb choice, not syncretism. No settled Malayalam noun exists for the English theological category ‘Rapture’ — use this verb phrase consistently in Scripture text; reserve the informal loanword റാപ്ചർ, where used at all, for supplementary teaching-material glossaries only.
