This glossary consolidates every load-bearing theological term identified in 07_semantic_analysis.md, covering the full text of 2 Peter (chapters 1–3). Terms marked [BASELINE] are already fixed in the Romans translation_memory.json / bible_term_registry.json and are reused here exactly, with no alteration to translation or risk tier; only 2 Peter-specific contextual notes are added. Terms marked [NEW] are introduced by this curriculum and require entry into translation memory before Phase 2 processing, per the Language Package’s update procedure. Terms marked [NEW BASELINE-RECOMMENDED] are new terms recommended for promotion into the shared translation memory because they will likely recur across future curricula (e.g., “love,” “repentance”).
