This glossary consolidates every load-bearing term identified in 07_semantic_analysis.md, organized by the curriculum’s nine Bible Doctrines, followed by a proper-nouns table and a table of terms reused exactly from the Romans baseline translation_memory.json. All risk tiers follow the Critical/High/Medium/Low framework established in the baseline doctrine_risk_registry.json. Terms marked “(reused)” carry forward the baseline rendering unchanged; new terms proposed here should be added to translation_memory.json before Phase 2 processing begins, per the Language Package’s term-addition procedure.
