Core Glossary — Ephesians (English → Bodo)
This glossary consolidates every load-bearing term identified in analysis/07_semantic_analysis.md, spanning Ephesians 1–6. Terms marked [BASELINE REUSE] carry over the exact rendering already fixed in the Romans translation_memory.json and MUST NOT be altered. Terms marked [NEW] are proposed for the first time in this Ephesians Language Package extension and require the review routing indicated before being added to a future translation_memory.json update. Risk tiers and review routing follow the conventions of the baseline doctrine_risk_registry.json.
