The following baseline translation_memory.json terms are formally reused, unaltered, within this Daniel glossary, satisfying the hard-rule requirement that established renderings must be reused exactly:
Gott (god), Herr (lord — reserved for future Daniel 9:4/9:8 “Adonai” occurrences not tabled above but present in the prayer), heilig/Heilige (holy/saints), Herrlichkeit (glory), Bund (covenant), Messias (messiah), Gerechtigkeit (righteousness, ethical-instructional usage), Auferstehung (resurrection), Geheimnis (mystery), Reich Gottes root (kingdom, always re-qualified per the book-wide Critical flag above).
Notes on Forward-Binding Renderings
Three renderings in this glossary are explicitly forward-binding: they must be reproduced identically when the corresponding New Testament passages are translated in a future curriculum package, since Daniel is their direct verbal source:
- der Gräuel der Verwüstung (abomination that causes desolation) → binds Matthew 24:15
- die Wolken des Himmels (clouds of heaven) → binds Mark 13:26, Matthew 26:64, Revelation 1:7
- eine Zeit der Not, wie es noch keine gegeben hat (time of trouble such as never has been) → binds Matthew 24:21
