This glossary consolidates every load-bearing term identified in 07_semantic_analysis.md, covering the entire book of Habakkuk (chapters 1–3) and the core passage (2:1–4) in particular. Terms already established in the baseline Romans-curriculum translation_memory.json are marked [BASELINE REUSE] and MUST be rendered exactly as recorded there — no alternative permitted.
