This glossary consolidates every load-bearing term identified in 07_semantic_analysis.md, drawn from across the whole Psalter (all 150 psalms reviewed). Terms already fixed in the baseline translation_memory.json/bible_term_registry.json are marked [BASELINE — REUSE EXACTLY] and MUST NOT be altered. Terms new to this Psalms curriculum are marked [NEW] and are proposed here for entry into translation_memory.json at the next version increment, pending Phase 1 Step-appropriate review.
Risk tiers (Critical / High / Medium / Low) follow the baseline’s doctrine_risk_registry.json definitions exactly.
