Note on A12: baseline bible_term_registry.json #41 and TM entry ungodly record Medium risk for Romans 4:5’s isolated theological usage. In Jude, the same term recurs with far greater density (5 occurrences in 25 verses, including a fourfold cluster in v.15) as the defining epithet for an entire class of judged false teachers. This Jude package therefore treats the term as High risk for this curriculum specifically — the Hmong rendering itself is unchanged and remains governed by the baseline TM (no re-gloss), but the review-routing and doctrinal-preservation emphasis is elevated. This is a risk-tier escalation note, not a rendering change, and does not violate the baseline’s no-re-gloss rule.
