This glossary extends the baseline Romans translation_memory.json for the Colossians curriculum. It does not alter any existing baseline entry. All terms already fixed by the baseline are reused exactly and marked REUSED; all terms newly required by Colossians’ distinct doctrinal content are marked NEW and flagged with a risk tier, per the same framework as doctrine_risk_registry.json. New Critical/High terms require human theologian review before Phase 2 translation; new Medium terms require native speaker review; new Low terms require automated review only — matching the baseline’s risk-tier routing exactly.
