Core Glossary: Nehemiah (Mandarin Language Package Extension)
This glossary extends the baseline Romans translation_memory.json for the Nehemiah curriculum. Terms already present in the baseline are marked “Reuse (baseline)” and their recorded Mandarin rendering is repeated here unchanged, per the governing instruction — no alternative rendering is proposed for these. All other terms are new entries proposed for addition to translation memory, with risk tiers assigned using the same Critical/High/Medium/Low framework as doctrine_risk_registry.json.
